Your role specifications: - Responsible for implementing and assuring policies relating to the inter-company transfer of goods, services, and resources across the client and its subsidiaries. - Managing significant tax disputes/positions - Partnering business in terms of achieving business objectives and complying with Taxation rules - Developing local file, master file, CbCr report as required under - BEPS- rules for India and assurance on overseas subsidiaries - Driving tax policies in overseas subsidiaries taking into consideration local requirements - Liaisoning with an international finance team and having an accurate accounting and computation of current and deferred taxes - Lead Domestic Taxation role, computation of tax, advance tax, assessments, tax audits, etc.
