Experience:
- Should have decent academic knowledge of income tax, and GST, should possess technology skills like advanced Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Should be willing to work in high pressure environment and should be ready to travel abroad for work, whenever required. Should have valid Indian Passport (not applicable for other nationals).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management, compassion to work hard, sincere and meticulous person
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Bringing efficiency in bid proposals by, deep diving on facts and taking appropriate stance in coordination with the Management.
- Participate, Guide and Support business development Teams to strategically leverage the Taxation angle and create a competitive edge / win bid proposals.
- Manage quarterly books of overseas branches, overseas subsidiaries without any major hiccups and prepare various tax analysis, tax accounting notes, cash flows, etc. Handle end-to-end tax compliances of branches and Group entities to broadly include Preparation / Review of tax workings and finalizing tax liabilities for the purpose of tax provisions, advance tax and Returns, Foreign tax credits eligibility, etc.
- Compilation of financial data from SAP and preparing various MIS reports for circulation.
- Working closely with business / operations team to handle overseas tax assessments
- Working on Indian tax compliances like tax audit, transfer pricing audits, tax assessments.
- Work with internal stakeholders on tax matters and maintain healthy relationships.
- Working on various foreign remittances for adhering to tax compliances on real time basis.
- Working on setting up various inter-departmental SOPs for overseas tax compliances
