Manager - Taxation - CA - NBFC/HFC

Looking for candidates based out of Mumbai in the NBFC / HFC Industry only.

Job Responsibilities -

1. Handle All aspects of taxation (Direct & Indirect) relevant to the various Companies in the Group

2. Manage the tax query desk for all product-related tax aspects

3. Coordinate with Accounts / Operations team to ensure smooth working of TDS matters on both sides - customers and the company

4. Ensure proper TDS systems, Transfer Pricing etc

5. Support Director - Finance in Tax planning matters related to Companies

6. Keep track of and disseminate tax-related information as may be relevant to the Group

7. Any other matters relevant.

Specifications -

1. CA with 6-9 years of work experience in Retail NBFC / HFC (NBFC + HFC preferred)

2. Has good all-around knowledge of both Income Tax & GST

3. Is hands-on with Return filings, attending to queries and handling assessments

4. Preferred to have worked in multi-company environment
