Manager - Taxation - CA - NBFC

Job Description - Direct and Indirect Tax - (NBFC Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely deposit of all Direct and Indirect Taxes Liabilities with relevant tax authorities;

2. Ensure timely filing of all Statutory Returns including but not limited to GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B, TDS Returns, ITR;

3. Preparation of Computation of Income (COI), Deferred Tax Asset/Liability;

4. Calculation and deposit of Advance Tax within timelines;

5. Calculation/applicability of MAT;

6. Drafting submissions for Assessments and Appeals;

7. Coordination with respective departments for collation of data w.r.t. deposit of taxes and returns;

8. Keepingconcerned stakeholders updated of all requirements/amendments in Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Acts or Rules;

9. Ensure all tax invoices/proforma invoices/debit or credit notes are GST compliant;

10. Any other task related to Tax or Finance and Accounts as may be required from time to time.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

1. Qualified CA with relevant experience of 3 to 4 years;

2. Good knowledge of Indirect Tax and Direct Tax requirements w.r.t. GST, TDS, TCS etc.;

3. Well versed with Statutory requirements related to filing of TDS and GST Returns;

4. Good knowledge of Loan Management System (FINNONE) and ERP's such as Tally/Oracle/SAP;

5. Well proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel;

6. Good communication skills, both oral and written;

7. Should be a good team player and willing to take initiatives;

8. Ability to do multi-tasking and meet the defined timelines;

9. Candidate should preferably be from BFSI Industry
