Job Title : Manager - Tax

Location : Noida office
Role & Responsibilities:
- Help the Tax team supporting businesses in India. Direct tax and indirect tax advisory to Business
- Responsible for all Tax litigation in Direct tax, Transfer Pricing and Indirect tax.
- Liaison with finance operational heads and consultants.
- Filing of income tax return.
- Filing of service tax return
- Would be responsible for 3CD and transfer pricing compliance.
- Would be responsible for Assessments u/s 143 (1).
- Would take care of Departmental Service Tax Audit.
- Provide accurate, timely and risk based direct tax and indirect tax advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement the Tax Management Framework & Controls.
- Ensure timely completion of all tax compliances objectives.
- Manage significant indirect tax litigation and advisory matters, coordinating with external tax consultants where necessary.
- Raise Tax awareness amongst business colleagues via tax presentations, seminars, training and round table discussions on the latest developments in tax and government incentives, so that they factor in the effects of tax laws in their business decisions

Qualification & Skills:
- CA with minimum 6 years (post qualification) experience of strong & relevant experience in Tax.
- Sound Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax.
- Knowledge of VAT
- Knowledge of SEZ
- Experience in Consulting firm is preferred
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Selection Process:
- First round with Human Resources
- Followed by Technical Round (Business Interview)
- Final Round of Interview with Partner
