Title - Manager - Taxation & Accounts at Tardeo

Role :

Person is primarily responsible for handling statutory compliance and audit section of Finance & Accounts and continuously improvement of process and system.

Responsibilities :

Accounts :

- Preparing MIS reports to top management on financial performance.

- Preparing Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts with complete schedule for audit, Independently handle internal audits and statutory audits.

- Ensuring internal audit schedule/plans are executed on time without compromising on quality parameters

- Maintaining the best accounting practice and financial control over all company transaction.

- Handling accounts payable team, vendor payments and monitoring period end expense provisioning.6.

Taxation :

- To be compliant with Indirect tax (majorly in Service Tax), Direct Taxation, FEMA and Labour Laws.

- To be responsible for creation / revision of internal company policies in line with statutory updates.

- Handling assessments of Income Tax, Service tax, Transfer Pricing or other departments

- Keep assessment details ready for timely submission to department

- Circulation of periodic update on tax status

- Ensuring proper deduction of TDS and timely payment

- Ensuring proper calculation of Service Tax payable and timely payment

- Maintaining Cenvat Credit Register

- Filing of Tax return on time.

- Filing of Tax return on time

Payroll :

Managing payroll team. - Supervise payroll process and ensure salary remittance by last day of every month. Assist with required report for manpower cost analysis.

Requirements :

- CA with 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, payroll, accounts payables and taxation.

Following professional traits are necessary requirements :

Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Should have excellent knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP, presentation and report writing skills are important

- Preferably from service industry only preferable Internet/ Media/ Entertainment / E-commerce.

- 1-2 years experience in Big 4 Audit firms or MNCs
