Manager - Taxation - Ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect taxation. - Preparation of TAR/Tax returns/ ITR-6 - Analysis of agreements from tax perspective - Support other teams within the Tax department on department-wide initiatives and deliverables - Dealing with consultant for tax assessment and litigation - Preparation and filing of GSTR -1, GSTR-6, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/ 9C. - Collation of details relevant teams and preparation of above returns. Addressing queries raised by Tax auditors, consultants and finalisation of above. - Computation of DT/CT, addressing queries raised by Statutory auditors - Quarterly review of Contingent liability / Annual CARO reporting - SFT/ NON PAN reporting - Input Tax Credit Reconciliation between GSTR2A/2B and Books - HAN/SAC code classification - Support other teams within the Tax department on department-wide initiatives and deliverables - Analysis of recent judicial precedents, attending Seminar/Webinars on various topics & briefing the Team - Working on special projects of Tax structuring, process improvement, etc.
