Urgent Hiring for Tax and Treasury GBS Manager For A Leading Medical Equipment Manufacturer for Gurgaon.

Hybrid Mode

Responsibility :

1. Team Leadership and Associate Development - 20%

- Manage GBS Tax and Treasury team and support onboarding, training, and development.

- Partner with Tax and Treasury teams and other stakeholders to obtain and provide required information.

- Lead records retention policy compliance.

2. Tax - 35%

- Manage and review key tax outputs and deliverables to ensure high quality including U.S. tax compliance forms and workpapers, transfer pricing workpapers, sales and use tax forms, tax provision workpapers, and tax account reconciliations.

3. Treasury - 35%

- Manage and review key outputs and deliverables to ensure high quality including: bank and account reconciliations, cash forecasts, bank fee analysis, bank account administration, balance sheet reports and analysis, foreign exchange reporting, and insurance data reporting.

- Approve Treasury related payments across various banking portals and Treasury Management System. Process Automation and continuous improvement - 10%

- Lead and manage process improvement and automation initiatives.
