Position : Manager- Tax Operation

Experience Required : 5-9 years

CTC : Open to Discuss

Job Location : Pune

Job Summary :

- Operational Tax is part of Group Technology and Operations and is responsible for managing and supporting all operational tax processes

Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert & manage team for operational tax processes like Withholding Tax, tax on income (dividend and interest), stamp duty and Transaction tax.

- The person will also be responsible of including filing of tax returns, tax reporting and tax audits

- Manage Client/Firm Tax Reclaim, Tax claims, Relief at Source and Certification process service

- Keep abreast of market changes (including changes to tax regulations) that have an impact on the business areas supported, and ensure the relevant parties are informed, and necessary changes implemented upon sign off

- Manage the Tax Process for all businesses supported by Operational Tax

- Produce Tax MIS and maintain full audit trails

- Interaction with various areas within Operations, Network Management, Front Office, Agent bank network, Risk Team, Group Tax

- Ensure continuous maintenance of Tax data on back office systems

- People Management
