This role is with one of the Big four. Ideally a CA or MBA is required. Below are the profile requirements : 1. Candidate should preferably be from the finance background with sound knowledge of Accounts,Tax Laws. 2. Candidate should have very good communication skills as he or she will be involved in sales pitches and interacting with key client stakeholders. 3. Candidate should have sound data interpretation skills in terms of the compliance laws and other requirements of laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act etc. 4. Candidate should possess basic knowledge of technology used in the areas of database, frontend, visualization dashboards and be able to ideate ideas on how to interpret requirements in terms of client pain areas. 5. Candidate should have good knowledge of BA documents like BRD, FRD and SRS. Basic knowledge of software release processes would be a bonus. 6. PMO experience and client relationship management skills are a must. 7. Candidate should be connected with sources through which amendments to laws and impacts that result on the market demands in the area of Tax Data and Analytics. 8. Candidate should have experience to interpret functional requirements to technical people in simple ways to help them to design solutions and help in ideation A B com with MBA(Finance) is most preferred exp reqd : 7 to 12 yrs
