Tax Manager : This individual leads and manages direct and indirect tax (GST &amp; Customs &amp; Export) compliances, audit, assessments and appeals. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement to the right candidate. Will be heading Direct &amp; Indirect Tax dept. of Pune and other units. Job description : - Preparation and review of indirect and income taxes for our company. - Builds new and existing relationship with consultants and govt officers. - Preparation of IOM for each procedures related to Direct and indirect tax. - Coordinate with consultant and get their opinion as and when required. - Prepares letter, applications, submission, appeals etc for submitting to Department. - Trains staff, reviews and evaluates their work. - Manages refund from departments at the earliest. Rebate, Duty draw back, refunds, consumption certificates, EPCG schemes, MEIS schemes, duty draw back, IEIS and other export and import benefits. - Get Engagement letter from the consultants and getting HQ approval wherever required - Prepare annual expenses budgets for his department. Qualification : - Must be qualified CA and CS - Must have experience with GST - Should have 7+ years of experience in Finance - Must have experience in Compliance
