Opening in a leading BPO for Manager Tax-Gurgaon

Qualification : CA/CPA

Shift : Asia/UK/US Shift

Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly closing, reporting the final numbers to the corporate.

Ensure that assigned deliverables :

- Tax Returns and Tax Provisions are completed to a high standard and on a timely basis

- Analyzing the quarterly tax balances and the movement in P&L and Balance sheet accounts.

- Actively manage stakeholders needs while monitoring KPI's and identifying improvements to FC processes

- Partner with FC transition team to ensure smooth transitions

- Partner with FC transition team to proactively seek ways of improving processes and controls

- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

- Manage stakeholder communication

- Actively manage and lead team to deliver a timely and accurate work product

Skills Required :

- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.

- US GAAP Tax accounting experience preferred.

- 7+ years tax experience required.

- Insurance industry experience is beneficial.

- Good Communication Skills required
