We are Hiring for one of the industry for Manager Tax.

Role - Manager Tax

Location- Bangalore.

Detailed description:

- Providing tax advisory support to Business Units and Internal Functions. The expectation is to correlate tax laws with Business needs along with mitigating tax exposure (if any).

- Leading transaction structuring initiatives from the perspective of tax optimization.

- Efficient management of tax litigation and assessments by interacting with tax authorities and getting across Company- s point of view.

- Review of tax compliance workings and reconciliations for tax filings of the Group.

- Responsible for monitoring, identifying and implementing effective tax process and controls to identify any areas of tax or process leakage.

- Conducting periodic tax trainings for internal stakeholders.

- Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring maintenance of complete document trail for statutory / tax audit purposes.

- Coordinating with external consultants, internal stakeholders and managing the overseas tax compliances.

- Apprising the team on latest tax updates having an impact on the Group.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirement:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years post qualification experience in taxation with strong analytical skills.

- Expertise in Indirect Tax with a working knowledge of Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing and exposure to International Tax.

- Hands on approach with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Prior Industry Experience would be preferred.
