Job Description:

Objective/ Purpose of role :

The position entails leading, managing and developing defined vertical with high sense of ownership, professionalism, disciplined approach. It also requires having greater / constant eye on numbers and P&L of the vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management :

- To Contribute to the business profitability through efficient management of a team of consultants.

- To ensure that all the team members meet company assigned targets.

- To strategize team functions effectively in order to enhance productivity.

- To monitor the performance of team members on a daily basis.

- To monitor and drive business from the team.

- Identifying backups within the team.

- To manage and plan the manpower allocation to the team.

- To recruit new members in team as and when need arises.

Client Relation :

- Understanding of the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.

- To manage clients and develop them as Key Accounts.

- To ensure regular meet ups with all the clients in order to develop strong relationship.

- Ensuring growth in billing from key Clients.

- Taking regular feedbacks from clients.

- Ensure high hit rates with the clients.

Delivery Management :

- To present periodical MIS reports to the management.

- Ensure delivery of the resources to the clients with quality, integrity of data & reports and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

- Meetings/Telecon with clients to understand the profile of the resource/s required

- Follow-up on the payments and ensuring timely payments.

- Review the Manpower plan with the HR Manager at the client site.

- To manage & motivate teams and performance, problem solving & decision making abilities.

- Design and implement recruiting strategies using a multitude of sources.

Client Acquisition :

- To identify and acquire new clients as and when the need arises so as to ensure that team has enough mandates to work upon.
