Job Position Talent Management/Training Manager
Major Deliverables :
1) Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
2) Contribute to the design, development, and production of training materials, documents and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the retail training programme
3) Shape and implement strategies that will help to develop and retain high-performing employees.
4) Design and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage store employees' talent pool.
5) Drive business specific interventions on capability enhancement & bottom line improvement
6) Knowledge regarding HR business partnering, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Engagement, L&D.
7) Creation a Retail Career Progression framework for Mothercare Brand
8) Creation of a Retail training Ecosystem with a trainer base by designing the content and retail syllabus. "
