DETAILED DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The tasks that the individual would handle would be as follows;
Manage the administration of IJP Assessment Centres:
- Managing the Feedback documentation
- Following up on the development plan
- Documentation for HR
- Building & managing the MI for the process
- Following up wherever required for any of the above activities
Assist in the administration of the Leadership Catalogue and associated Governance:
- Liaising with the vendor for Program co-ordination
- Managing the payments process
- Managing the Knowledge sharing governance
- Taking feedback and maintaining appropriate dashboards & communications
- Ensuring the overall experience for the Managers is good
Development Centre:
- Assisting in nomination and associated administrative tasks
- Documentation feedback for the participants and Line Manager
- Liaising with external partners as & when required
Assessment Kit Design:
- Liaising with external partners as & when required
- Co-ordination between different divisional SPOCs & external consultant
- Piloting and associated administrative tasks
Talent Management Programs:
- Design programs that are progressive and conducive to retail business
- Co-ordination between different divisional SPOCs & external consultant
- Piloting and associated administrative tasks
Management Information:
- Manage all dashboards and monthly activity
