Manager - Talent Management (Real Estate)

Objective of the role :
Role is to drive Talent Management function. Designing and implementing HR initiatives which can deliver value to business, specifically in the field of employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Driving Campus Recruitment for Management Trainees and conceptualising and implementation of the Annual Training Plan for MT's. Tracking the MT Program from Recruitment to final confirmation
- Driving the Capability Building intervention for across levels for behavioural training. Preparation of Training Calendar and its implementation. Tracking the training effectiveness
- Vendor Development for delivering effective training
Functional Training : Identifying the functional training need in accordance with the business problem and delivering such training with a clear view to impact business
- Understanding the Competency Framework and driving initiatives to inculcate competencies as part of organization culture building
- Identification of Star Performer, making the Individual Development Plan and its implementation year on year
- Industry Mapping for major competitors once a year for various businesses
- Employer Branding at Digital Space: Will be responsible for managing the content to be posted on Social Media like LinkedIn etc.
- HR Project Management : Basis the learning from external programs or need based, the incumbent will be responsible for one or 2 projects which will help in delivering Long & Medium term HR strategy
- Compensation Benchmarking with the help of external consultants. Identifying the vendor and working closely with them to do the benchmarking study with the top competitors of the organization, Pan India
- Driving Employee Engagement by way of Engagement Survey, administration of the survey, analysis of the result and action planning
- Will be responsible for all HR Communications
