- Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage talent pool effectively.
- Help the management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies. Suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational success.
- Design, develop, implement, monitor and measure performance of individuals & align with business objectives of the Company.
- Implement competency models for the various positions in the company and provide guidance to managers in assessing competencies.
- Implement continuous development for conducting Performance Appraisals.
