- This position will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function, to deliver value-added service to management and employees, that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- The position will be responsible for all HR practices- Talent management, engagement, learning and development, HR analytics for the organization.
- Leading the talent & career management to shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain employees.
- Plan and execute HR Projects as per the India HR Strategy Map planned for the year.
- Lead Internal Communications for India by front ending and delivering various engagement initiative and Employer Branding activities along with other functions of HR.
- Design, develop and deliver HIPO Programs enabling fast track growth and development of HIPO and unify succession plans with talent management programs.
- Leads and manages the development of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents
