To support in driving and implementing the Talent Management Initiatives across the Zone
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate designing of various talent management processes right from induction of the employee within the organization to separation.
- Identify the performance gaps and learning needs and participate in the capability building initiatives which includes designing individual development plan to enable employees to perform better and enable them to make optimum use of their skills.
- Support the succession pipeline development by identifying the crucial roles, focusing on talent & leadership development
- Participate in organizational diagnosis exercises and support in designing steps to ensure corrective measures are taken
- Plan, execute & deliver all talent management initiatives within the zone
- Actively participate and support the initiatives to nurture, develop & evolve the employee throughout the entire work lifecycle at the company.

- Review the existing policies, benchmark them with the industry standards and support in improvisation wherever required
- Responsible for maintaining & updating repositories of organization structures, job descriptions and competencies required for all jobs across the company.
- Draft & design processes like performance management, competency mapping, rewards & recognition
- Work on Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure smooth implementation of the same
- Work on compensation benchmarking and support in improvisation of the compensation structure
Experience : 5+ years
Qualification: B.E (chemical), or others, MBA in HR from Top B schools
Industry : Preferred Chemical/ Manufacturing
