We are currently recruiting a Manager - Talent Management for a German Multinational to be based out of Bangalore.
Reporting to : Head HR.
Key Objectives: Content Development and Delivery of Developmental Training Programs, coordination of HR activities for pan-India companies of the group in a shared-services role.
Job profile:
a) Create high quality content and execute Training Calendar in the areas of Personality and Business skills Development, both by direct delivery as well as by coordinating with suitable Training vendors.
b) Gather HR information relevant for pan India and create presentations and MIS for the onward reporting internationally.
c) Create policies commonly useful for HR teams and be a contact point for similar assistance as a key contact in the Corporate office
d) Visit companies in India regularly to conduct Training as well as to support HR processes and documentation.
e) Measure and report Effectiveness across all types of Programs in the Training Calendar.
f) Support Compensation and Benefits work / benchmarking efforts across companies by direct work in Projects, participate in industry-wide surveys and create strong documentation.
g) Coordinate with campuses for hiring talent annually and also support specific requests with lateral hiring.
h) Support with lateral hiring, Training and coordination with the Company's Training Center and other CSR activities.
i) Engage in overall Talent Management initiatives across the country and support the effort with detailed documentation, follow-up and MIS.
Skills & personal attributes:
Essential:
Strong L & D expertise and proven experience in Content Development & Instruction Design.
Strong Understanding in Compensation and Benefits administration
Strong fundamental knowledge in all HR subjects
Strong English Language Skills
Willingness to work directly on all initiatives as an individual contributor
Desired:
Understanding and experience of working in a corporate function / shared services
Ability to work on varied set of HR subjects and access appropriate support from the industry
Quality to handle high pressure at workplace and willingness to stretch goals
Willingness to travel (once / twice a month) to conduct Training / HR activities in different locations
