Our client is one of the leading players in the communication and Technology Services space, looking to hire Manager - Talent Management / Leadership Training for Hyderabad location.
Job Purpose:
- Manager - Talent Development / Soft skills / Leadership Development will be responsible for developing and implementing the core leadership development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan and execute leadership development Calendar
- Ensure leadership development opportunity is provided to all people managers
- Liaise with certified facilitators from HR and Leadership team for effective delivery of leadership courses
- Manage planning and execution of bi-monthly (Soft - skills) Core Development calendar in alignment Leadership capabilities
- Ensure learning opportunity is provided to all employees in individual contributor roles to meet organizations learning targets
- Conduct development needs analysis (DNA) on the periodic basis to align core development courses to changing needs of the business
- Liaise with vendors to ensure effective delivery of courses and maintain 80% and above feedback
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of all programs at a location with the help of local coordination support
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's degree required. Advanced degree in OD, Human Resources or Business Management preferred Minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience in supporting learning and development in large organizations
- Ability to facilitate leadership development sessions for middle to senior management employees
Role-based in Hyderabad.
