Manager, Talent Management reports to the Head-HR India.
This role entails giving inputs to Head – Human Resources, India in development of strategies and plans for organizational talent management processes across the organization in India. The role then manages delivery of processes, programs and and plans so that they contribute to the growth of our businesses and of our employees, act as a strong retention tool and minimize attrition and add value to the organisation’s objectives of engaging employees.

Job requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Management/ Organisational Development
- Experience in the IT/ITeS sector
