We have urgent job opening for one of our client ( Telecom company )

Position : Manager-Talent Management / Engagement

Job location : Noida

The key deliverables are as under :-

- Managing complete lifecycle of employees - On-boarding to Exit

- Driving day to day employee engagement @ the location via employee connect, fun @ work, leadership connect, communication through multiple channels, recognition and learning & development

- Manage HR operations such as employee database, exit management, employment changes, employee relations/queries

- Manage performance management at the location

The person should be well versed with Generalist HR role with high IQ level, very good communication skills and should have proven track record of being very creative and demonstrating out of the box thinking at work.

There are around 500 employees to be managed at the Noida location
