Role Purpose:
This role is accountable for:
- preparation of decks that enable a qualitative Talent Review discussion by Human Resource Business Partner.
- contributing to governing the Talent Classification process
- Preparation of qualitative and accurate decks
Following the process:
- requirement gathering call with stakeholder
- request data from partners
- deck preparation
- consult and review with stakeholder continuously to add value to the data/information being reviewed
- receive action tracker and understand outcomes from stakeholder after the reviews
- request feedback from stakeholder on deck delivered
Process improvement in consultation with the Team Lead
