Manager -Talent Management(Campus)
JOB PURPOSE : This role is responsible for executing several initiatives to build as the most attractive brand to work for in the top Business Schools.
Accountabilities Major Activities :
- Project Manage the complete campus recruitment plan and process
- Prepare the list of colleges / institutes to be visited and get a sign off on the same
- Constantly and proactively reach across the campus placement SPOC for scheduling the process for summer and final placement
- With support from company HR SPOC finalize the panelists for hiring process
- Work with marketing team to prepare the PPT and other communication documents to be shared and presented at campuses
- Ensure the assessment framework is appropriate and effective for a consistent selection process with defined competencies and behaviors and design process / tools for evaluation
- Ensure Hiring Panelists are provided all necessary information about the hiring process and ensure that the overall process runs smoothly without hassles
- Prepare the list of colleges / institutes to be visited and get a sign off on the same
- Support Leadership Team to ideate and finalize the overall competition proposition and design
- Ensuring that Technology Development for the APP is executed on time and platform is ready for launch as per timelines
- Project Manage the overall roll out and completion of the campus competition across selected campuses
- Work with marketing team to design the collaterals for the competition
- Work with HR SPOCS to get panelists for evaluating and screening teams
- Support in mapping Associates / Interns to Projects
- Ensure timelines of the overall program design are adhered to
- Provide administrative support directly as well as in support with HR SPOC to ensure superior experience of these Associates in the organization.
- Project Track completion of various activities / touch points as per the plan in respective businesses
Feedback and Analytics :
- Seek feedback from the Associates / Leaders about the Associates and program at regular intervals
- Compile data about these Associates / Interns to support career decisions or next project / role mapping
- Timely completion of project closure evaluation and movement to next phase
Employer Brand Building :
- Collaborating with Marketing team to drive Band Building Initiatives on social media
- Support Leadership Team with benchmarks to ideate and innovate next level practices to distinguish the campus program from FMCG, Consulting and other tech companies
Other Campus Initiatives :
- Support Leadership Team to design and execute other Young Leaders Program like CA (Group Finance Leaders Program) and Analytics Program
- Talent Management Support with execution of the Talent Management initiatives
