Job Description:
- Support in defining Talent Management Architecture keeping in mind best in class practices
- Partner with line and corporate leadership to identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps and plan processes for leaders at various levels to ensure business alignment and effective talent solutions
- Design & execute talent management programs like Assessment/Development Centres, Identifying Critical Positions at all levels and put in place a communication framework to ensure a sustainable, transparent talent architecture
- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems and processes to design talent programs for leaders at various levels
- Design succession management plan for the senior leaders and oversee the same
- Ensure that key talent follow appropriate development tracks through creation of employee development plans and periodic tracking of the same
- Oversee implementation and management of talent management systems
- Maintain and Update the database of talent information for key identified talent
- Update and monitor Talent Dashboards at regular intervals
- Facilitate Coaching in the organisation.
