About Client Our Client is a leading player in the life insurance industry, looking to hire Assistant Manager/ Manager - Talent Management for its Mumbai office. This is an individual contributor role reporting in to AVP TM. Your roles and responsibilities will be: - end-to-end TM for the employee base in India - on-boarding and engagement (periodically at 15,20 & 60 days); (B) GPTW & Kincentric surveys - anchoring entire journey, maintaining consistency, raising the bar (score 90 and above), implementing new programs and project management - exit interviews - identifying the key motivator & key trends, salary benchmarking reports (consolidation and insights) - Creating the Talent Management Framework for the organization in accordance with the HR Strategy - Developing and managing the talent database and associated metrics to map ROI for the functions - As a successful candidate, you should have: 3-7 years of experience in HR & TM with some exposure to HR Project. Must Haves - experience with HR Transformation, ability to work in uncertainty, strong analytical skills to read & interpret the data - summarize trends, finding key indicators and implementing action plans, leadership stakeholder management skill
