Manager - Talent Engagement (SaaS organisation)&nbsp; Job Description : - Govern efforts related to all aspects of the employee experience including but not limited to onboarding, engagement surveys and other employee engagement initiatives. - Partner with the HR team and senior leaders to analyze results, identify trends and make recommendations to improve and maintain high levels of employee engagement. - Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver a compelling Employee Engagement strategy and prepare an events calendar for the organization. - Develop, execute and manage all aspects of employee engagement programs across the organization. This includes defining program objectives and metrics, aligning resources requirements, developing agendas and content, managing logistics, and reporting on results and cost/benefit analysis. - Partner with the Leadership team to oversee the development, distribution and analysis of employee engagement surveys, including the formation of survey objectives, the implementation of the survey process, and the analysis and presentation of the survey results. - Maintain a pulse on employee morale and engagement, continuously identifying opportunities to create an engaged workforce. - Build and manage a network of vendors to execute efficiently on the events calendar and other requirements. - Partner with the recruitment team to drive engagement with prospective candidates through recruitment marketing programs and initiatives including social media branding and campaigns.
