We require a person from R&D Background and core Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Learning and Development strategy in line with the business goals.

- To assist in performance appraisal and evaluation for staff and team members.

- To drive engagement activities with intent of touching each & every employee of the R&D.

- HRBP for Function.
