We are looking for Manager Talent Development for one of the largest Indian integrated logistics, services and transportation conglomerate player headquartered in Mumbai, The role is at the Group level. KRA's : - Design & operationalize a Career Development Framework which focuses on talent assessment, development & growth - Design scalable career development mechanisms, policies, and processes to attract, develop and retain best in class talent - Drive leadership level talent review, succession planning and leadership bench strength - Design and execute assessment and development centres to assess and develop leadership talent - Establish framework on top talent retention, career path, career mobility, talent fungibility and development, career counselling, coaching & mentoring - Design, facilitate and drive change management and organization development initiatives that create an impact and raise organizational effectiveness - Evaluate and continuously measure the effectiveness of talent management and org development activities in relation to business goals. - Work with the Corporate HR function and HRBPs to ensure the implications of operational & organisational development activity are fully understood and there is an integrated response to delivery across both these functions. This involves joint planning to ensure maximisation of resources and monitoring the effective delivery of HR and OD services against operational plans. Qualifications:- - Full time Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degree (preferably in HR) - 7 to 10 years of experience in talent management, organization development or senior HR business partner roles
