Manager - Talent Acquisition - Telecom

TA team in Location HR consists of two Manager - Talent Acquisitions, both reporting to the Location HR Head. There will be one off-roll person reporting to the Manager - TA. Delhi/Rajasthan. The location consists of close to 1200 people working out of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur and Jodhpur offices. The location is quite diverse in terms of the skills and roles.

The key functions are:

Mobility Sales and Distribution

Mobility Headquarter - contains telecom specialized roles.

Enterprise Sales and Strategy

Customer Service Office

Technology

Corporate Functions - Finance, HR, IT

The role will consist of handling end to end recruitment for some of the above business verticals / functions. The key KPIs of TA are around the following aspects :

1) Cost : hiring from non-cost sources

2) Quality : tracked via attrition of the new hires in the first year

3) Time : position wise TATs are defined

4) Productivity : Overall on-board manpower against the budgeted manpower

The person should have thorough understanding and in-depth experience of the telecom market and skills. Should be able to manage the complete recruitment cycle as an individual contributor.

- Should have a total experience of 7-10 years, out of which at least 4 years should be in telecom vertical either with a telecom operator in a larger circle or corporate or with a reputed recruitment consultant managing telecom hiring for niche skills. The position is based at Delhi, Okhla office
