About our Client - Our client is an established company in the telecommunication industry in India. They have a diverse business base with a growing revenue performance in India. Known very strongly for their growth, culture and integrity, our client is looking to hire a professional to manage their Talent Acquisition team in India. This role is based in Delhi/NCR.
Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will manage the following responsibilities in an individual contributory role :
- Identifying talent gaps and trends within support areas and proactively building supply channels to fill those needs.
- Overseeing offer negotiation end to end
- Managing the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
- Conducting competency based interviews and making objective hiring recommendations
- Managing candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
The Successful Candidate :
- You must be a HR professional with at least four years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources business partnering.
- A proven track record in sourcing, relationship building along with strong strategic and problem solving skills is a must. Knowledge and experience with staffing and sourcing technologies is a must.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to multi-task will be pivotal in your selection.
