Manager - Talent Acquisition - Technology Vertical

- Manages projects and people for HR activities related to managing end to end recruitment cycle that includes gathering the hiring numbers, recruitment plan, sourcing, assessment interviews and compensation fitment for the hiring for new or replacement of resources.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Provides guidance and works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of requirements for hiring.

- Monitors, guides and helps in preparation of the recruitment plan making making sure the timeline are clearly defined as per the needs of the business.

- Keeps track of the number of candidates sourced through the defined portals in accordance to the needs of the business and the values of the firm.

- Tracks ans monitors the ordination of interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.

- Provides guidance and give inputs to ensuring compliance in collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.

- Monitors ongoing process to ensure accuracy in the roll out of offer post approval from the partner.
