Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing specifically on technology hiring. Your primary goal will be to attract and acquire top-tier technology professionals to support our organization's growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology recruitment, possess excellent communication and networking skills, and be well-versed in the latest recruitment strategies and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Talent Acquisition: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activities for technology positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.

2. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technology professionals, utilizing a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.

3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone screens, interviews, and technical evaluations.

4. Employer Branding: Actively promote our organization's employer brand and unique value proposition to attract top technology talent. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, create compelling job descriptions, and optimize our careers page.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.

6. Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the technology industry and recruitment landscape. Conduct market research to benchmark our recruitment practices and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.

7. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the candidate experience.

9. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future technology positions, leveraging various sourcing methods and networking events.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and interviewers, to ensure alignment on job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on technology hiring.

- Solid understanding of technology roles, including software development, data science, IT infrastructure, and related areas.

- Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools, including job boards, social media, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and metrics.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.

- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.

- Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus.
