Job Responsibility:-
Execute Talent Strategy
- Understand the business and develop a solid knowledge of the roles.
- Handling the end to end recruitment cycle - candidate attraction, sourcing, and intake meetings with managers, shortlisting, interviewing, offer negotiation / closure and onboarding for different functions across the organization.
- Maintains a healthy source mix by leveraging various cost effective hiring channels; invests time in direct sourcing and building a pipeline apart from using other cost effective channels like referrals, online job portals & social media.
- Governance & Strengthening and Enhancing TA Processes
- Coaches managers on interviewing skills and ensuring identification of the right talent for now and future of the organization.
- Delivers & compliant on all processes, with a strong focus on reporting accuracy.
- Support TA Lead with related audits and ensures no major findings; adheres to the process throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Uses and maintains the HR Systems relevant for the function as a discipline.
HR Analytics
- Supports the TA Lead in designing and maintaining the TA performance scorecard.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics and business trends.
- Managing & publishing regular hiring reports with meaningful metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing data trends to identify areas for pro-active interventions. Works with TA Lead on those interventions.
