Our client is a leading Indian multinational and one of the very few global leaders in its field. A pure-play technology company with core strength in products, they have now moved aggressively into both solutions and services within the industry. The company is one of the key players who will contribute substantially to the Digital India and SmartCity initiatives and is looking at a period of rapid growth through both expansions and acquisitions.

To anchor their aggressive expansion plans, the company has a need to hire top technology professionals across multiple verticals such as Software, Telecom, Projects and Product Development.

They are now seeking to hire a Manager Talent Acquisition to manage the function for one or more verticals. This position reports to the head of Talent Acquisition for the company and is based at PUNE.

Key role requirements include:

As a senior TA professional, you will be required to partner with senior management across the entire hiring cycle, from planning to final closure, for requirements at junior, middle and senior management levels. This will involve :

- Understanding base requirements from a business perspective

- Providing market insights to evolve profiles and set expectations

- Planning and execute hiring processes that include internal and external sourcing

- Engaging with and manage vendor-partners as required

- Managing employer brand-building initiatives for the company

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should preferably be an MBA and must have 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a large scale system-driven company in the technology space. Key requirements include :

- Prior experience in Software or Telecom hiring is essential.

- You must be familiar with software based RMS systems

- Familiarity with job-portals and social media recruiting is essential

- Vendor management for hiring across levels, including drives and continuous hiring

- Experience of hiring for international locations will be an asset

- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
