Manager - Talent Acquisition - Supply Chain Division

Candidate -

1) Must be a Male only

2)  Experience in working at warehouse/facility hub environment.

3) Post graduation (not mandatory)

4) Preferable experience in Retail, FMCG, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Food industries.

Open to travel or relocate to Binola (27kms from Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for managing the Volume to Mid level recruitment function for Supply Chain division

- Implementation of various Recruiting processes like - demand forecasting & management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, etc.

- Handle volume hiring for mid-level function
