We are hiring Manager - Talent Acquisition for India's leading steel producing company based in Bokaro, Jharkhand.

Name of the role - Manager - Talent Acquisition

Educational qualification- MBA/PGDM in HR

Work exp required (In years) - 10-12+ years

Roles & responsibilities (In Brief) :

- To drive end to end hiring process to fill open positions and maintain high quality talent pool

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and accordingly plan and execute recruitment process as per the SOP

- Proficient with digital platforms Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

- Responsible to conduct preliminary interviews and negotiation with the candidates to release the offer

- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary documentation has been completed

- Preparing and maintaining MIS
