Talent Acquistion Manager - Internet Startup - HealthTech Job Summary : - Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in internet startups and a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, negotiation , team management, stakeholder management, particularly in non-tech roles. - As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also be responsible for managing other HR-related activities to ensure the overall success of our HR function. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, particularly for non-tech roles. - Source and attract top talent using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. - Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and selection criteria. - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Create and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related content. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Manage applicant tracking and recruitment-related data, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our HRIS system. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, status, and challenges. - Manage other HR-related activities, such as employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment legislation. Requirements : - Bachelor's/P.G degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in internet startups. - Proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
