Manager - Talent Acquisition - Small Finance Bank

- Responsible for Volume hiring and Stakeholders management for West region ( currently whole of Guj and MAH )

- Will be managing a team of 10 to 15 people

- Must be Number Driven

- prefer candidates from BFSI /NBFC/Retail/ telecom industry.

- Would involve travel to locations in West

- The organisation is looking at scaling up to 1000 head count in the year. The candidate must be able to handle this

- Must have had previous experience in handling teams.

- Not looking at IT recruiters

- Responsible for recruitment, vendor management, managing TATs on hires, job evaluations, interviews and on-boarding
