Role Description:

- Determine stated and unstated client needs by continuously engaging with internal and external stakeholders

- Manage diverse set of hiring needs of business units

- Prioritizing work, addressing the needs and work towards stakeholder delight

- Ensuring right hiring mix

- Acquiring the best fitment of talent in tune with the needs of the organization

- Implement competency based interviewing techniques across the organization

- Handle escalations and exceptions with both internal as well as external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes

- Drive a culture of knowledge sharing and cross utilization of work products and solutions

- Structure all work products, insights & solutions to drive balance between client documentation guidelines and client preferences

- Drive quality assurance across all deliverables and ensure compliance to organization norms and standards

- Publish dashboards and relevant metrics

- Attends weekly, monthly hiring updates

Ideal Candidate Experience:

- Domain knowledge: Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, Candidate experience, Vendor management, Sourcing strategy, Gamut of end to end candidate management

- Compensation and benefits strategic understanding

- Staff augmentation and contract management

- Industry best practices in compensation fitment and negotiation

- Budgets: Hiring budget management, Headcount, cost projection

- Sourcing: Sourcing strategies for the open mandates across the organization, Campus hiring, Job boards and social media sourcing

- Assessment: Competency based interviewing techniques or Assessments

- Stakeholder Management: External stakeholder management including hiring agencies and vendors

- Internal stakeholders include Business Heads, Hiring Managers, HR peer group

- HR Analytics and metrics: usage of analytics to better hiring decisions

- Cost accrual and invoicing process
