Role Overview :

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the company's recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.

The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and streamline the hiring process to support the company's rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the SaaS domain.

- Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

- Lead the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

- Implement best practices in hiring and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve the recruitment process and outcomes.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including negotiation of terms and monitoring of service quality.

- Enhance employer branding through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Minimum Qualifications:.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in the SaaS or related technology sector.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the ability to keep abreast of new trends and practices.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
