About the opportunity :Position : Manager - Talent Acquisition
Working : Remotely (WFH)
Qualification : Any full time Graduate, Degree holders in HR, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred
Roles & Responsibilities :- Currently associated with a Saas based product company
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on hiring plans/budgets, then develop and execute recruitment plans accordingly
- Build and maintain a high-performance Talent Acquisition team with the right core values, set the right expectations and manage them by objectives to deliver recruitment results
- Understand and improve our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, volume in pipelines, and closure attainment - along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates
- Accountable for the hiring requirements of team and the closure of the positions within given time frame Create and innovate hiring process and methods
Desired Candidate :- Majorly working on a variety of IT - enabled role for a B2B enterprise Organization on cloud and SaaS business
- Handled Leadership Hiring activities
