Role Objective: The incumbent will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition in the organization.
Job Description:
- Able to handle the recruitment from supervisory to leadership roles
- Identifying future hiring needs of the organization and developing job description and specification
- Identifying the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization
- Utilize and manage maximum sources like agencies, job portals and employee referrals for the current and future openings
- Conducting preliminary round of interviews with the candidates and short-listing candidate for the final interview
- Coordination for verification and other formalities before joining of the candidate
- Issuing offer and appointment letter for the selected candidate
- Organizing Induction and orientation program
- Drafting, Implementing and amending HR policies related to talent acquisition whenever required

a) Functional Skills : Talent Acquisition, Candidate Screening, BEI Techniques, Psychometric Testing, Job Portals, Head Hunting, Employment Contracts, Employee referrals
b) Behavioural Skills: Team player, Effective Communication, Convincing power, Negotiation
Knowledge:
- Job Portals, Vendor Management,
- Knowledge of SAP HR Module would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of HRMS
