Manager - Talent Acquisition - Retail

- Should have experience in Leadership hiring for Retail.

- Can be from Retail, Ecommerce, FMCG, Aviation or hospitality industry.

- Lead end-to-end TA process for India Business HO based leadership and Digital hiring.

- Stakeholder and Team management

- Strategize cost per hire and create seamless hiring process.

- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm desired profile and develop sourcing strategy for open position.

- Conduct resume review and phone screens for all candidates including Internal (IJP), employee referrals and external candidates.

- Vendor Management.
