Manager - Talent Acquisition - Retail

1. Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Corporate and Region based positions.

2. Responsible for Developing, driving and executing comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools.

3. Partnering with HRBP and Business head, creating culture of exceptional candidate experience for every prospective hire

4. Provide the business with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends.

5. Responsible for the Organization governance which includes Process standardization in HR & Admin, Policy for all corporate hiring.

6. Leveraging HR Analytics & insights to drive key business decisions on people matters.

7. Planning Monitoring & Budgeting Recruitment Costs.

8. Drive and optimize the search partner engagement and enable strategic partnering of limited set of performing partners across businesses
