We are hiring for Manager- TA for one of our client into Renewable Energy Sector. The business is at ramp up stage and to add to their talent pool they require this individual contributor role which would be responsible for managing end to end Talent Acquisition including Joining & Onboarding. This Gurgaon based role is expected to independently work with business managers and provide with them with HR support and therefore should have the understanding of all recruitment methods & tools as well as high tactical ability and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
