Manager - Talent Acquisition/Recruitment - Telecom/ITeS

Looking for Full Time MBA HR from premier institute, preferably 2009, 2010 or 2011 batch pass out for a Manager Recruitment role with the corporate office of Telecom/ ITES company based in Mumbai.

Role:

- Planning and implementing effective recruitment strategy.

- Manpower Planning & Budgeting

- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

- Planning effective recruitment campaigns (external & internal) to source the right candidates

- Conducting research on the recruitment strategies to meet the recruitment objectives

- Assessing the employment requirements and providing support in human resource management plans

- Sound knowledge of recruitment and interviewing procedures

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and managing the procurement and measurement process
