Job description:
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Understanding the manpower needs and developing a sustainable plan and strategy for the timely hiring of candidates across levels in the organization.
- Planning and executing campus drive and different sources for volume hiring, primarily for client-facing roles like Data Engineer, Java developer, DevOps, Data Scientist etc.
- Identifying different sources of recruitment to attract and build a talent pipeline.
- Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and execute new ways of social media for recruitment and headhunting for mid-level roles.
- Vendor management.
